Messages recipients expect

You may use OgBae only for lawful messages recipients reasonably expect. You are responsible for recipients, content, classification, consent or other lawful permission, and applicable electronic-marketing law.

Transactional sending

Transactional credentials are for messages triggered by a recipient action or necessary to deliver an existing product or service, such as authentication, receipts, account notices and security alerts. Promotional content does not become transactional because it includes an account or order detail.

Marketing sending

Marketing credentials and campaigns require demonstrable permission. Purchased, rented, scraped, harvested and guessed lists are prohibited. Marketing messages must identify the sender, use accurate headers and subjects, include required sender information, and provide a working unsubscribe method.

Prohibited use

Phishing, malware, fraud, impersonation, deceptive routing, address harvesting, credential abuse, suppression evasion, list bombing, unlawful content and attempts to conceal message purpose are prohibited.

Enforcement

OgBae may hold, reject or rate-limit messages; restrict an identity, domain, stream or account; require evidence or remediation; and suspend or terminate access. We prefer the narrowest effective restriction where risk permits. Customers may appeal and must provide requested evidence honestly.
