Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the OgBae platform ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

OgBae provides email delivery infrastructure including transactional and marketing email sending via REST API and SMTP relay, IMAP mailboxes, email templates, open and click tracking, webhook notifications, suppression management, and domain verification.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate account information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials (API keys, SMTP passwords, session tokens).
  • You must not share account access with unauthorized parties.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use OgBae to:

  • Send unsolicited bulk email (spam).
  • Send emails to purchased or harvested lists.
  • Send content that is illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive.
  • Send phishing emails or emails containing malware.
  • Impersonate another person or entity.
  • Violate CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or other applicable email regulations.

5. Billing & Credits

The Service uses credit-based pricing. Credits are purchased upfront and deducted per email sent: 1 credit for transactional emails, 2 credits for marketing emails.

  • Credits do not expire.
  • All purchases are non-refundable.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe.
  • Prices are listed in USD and INR. Indian customers are subject to applicable GST.

6. Account Suspension

We monitor spam complaint rates. If your complaint rate exceeds acceptable thresholds, your account may be warned and subsequently suspended. Suspended accounts cannot send email. You may contact support to appeal a suspension.

7. Suppressions

Emails to addresses on your suppression list will be blocked automatically. Spam complaint suppressions cannot be removed by you — contact support if needed. You are responsible for maintaining clean recipient lists.

8. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for delivery failures caused by recipient mail servers, DNS misconfigurations, or internet connectivity issues.

9. Limitation of Liability

OgBae is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the 12 months preceding a claim.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, unused credits are forfeited.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
