Refund Policy

⚠️ Important Notice
Credits purchased on OGBAE are generally non-refundable. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. We recommend starting with a smaller credit package to test our service before making larger purchases.
1. Credit-Based System
OGBAE operates on a prepaid credit system:
- Credits are purchased in advance
- 1 credit = 1 email sent
- Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active
- Credits are tied to your account and cannot be transferred
2. No Refunds Policy
Due to the nature of our digital service, all credit purchases are final and non-refundable. This applies to:
- Unused credits in your account
- Credits remaining when you close your account
- Partially used credit packages
- Credits purchased by mistake (please verify before purchase)
3. Account Deletion
When you request account deletion:
- You have a 14-day grace period to cancel the deletion request
- All unused credits will be forfeited upon account deletion
- No refunds will be issued for forfeited credits
- This is clearly stated before you confirm deletion
We recommend using or exporting your data before requesting account deletion.
4. Exceptions
We may consider refunds or credits in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same transaction due to a technical error
- Service Outages: Extended service outages (over 24 hours) that significantly impact your ability to use purchased credits
- Billing Errors: Demonstrable errors in our billing system
These exceptions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
5. How to Request an Exception Review
If you believe you qualify for an exception, please contact us with:
- Your account email address
- Transaction ID or receipt
- Date of purchase
- Detailed explanation of the issue
- Any relevant screenshots or documentation

6. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company without first contacting us, your account may be immediately suspended or terminated. We encourage you to contact our support team first to resolve any billing issues.
7. Service Credits (Not Refunds)
In certain situations, we may offer service credits instead of refunds:
- Service credits are added to your account balance
- Service credits cannot be converted to cash
- Service credits are subject to the same terms as purchased credits
8. Pricing Changes
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect credits you have already purchased. We will provide at least 30 days notice before any price increases take effect.
9. Promotional Credits
Free or promotional credits (such as signup bonuses) have no cash value and are not eligible for refunds. These credits may have additional terms, such as expiration dates or usage restrictions.
